Brantford, ON (January 19, 2018) – CENTURY 21 Professional Group Inc. is expanding in Brantford, ON. Owner Sean Bryant wanted to increase his presence in the region and bought the office from CENTURY 21 King George Rd owner George Karmiris in January 2018.

“This was always a goal of ours, we wanted to grow our business and increase brand awareness in our community. In the short time we’ve been open we’ve been pleased with the growth we’re seeing. We are focusing on community development and strengthening our connections with our clients,” says Bryant.

The Brantford market has seen some of the overflow from the Toronto region as buyers looked for housing options outside the GTA. In fact, the region is still seeing a fairly strong housing market as the homes are affordable for families. With an already established market with two offices, it made sense to open a third.

Bryant has been working as a broker/owner for 7 years, and between his three offices he now manages 70 agents altogether. “Brantford is an up and coming, growing area. 2017 was our most active year, the Brantford Regional Real Estate Association recorded over a billion dollars in transactions. We expect another big year ahead at CENTURY 21 Professional Group Inc.” says Bryant.
