Developer Sam Mizrahi, now embarking on the largest-scale project of his career: One Bloor West, on the southwest corner of Yonge and Bloor.

Brian Torry, general manager at Bosley Real Estate, the family-owned and operated company that has been helping Torontonians buy and sell property since 1928.

Dawn Desjardins, deputy chief economist at RBC, an expert in macroeconomic and interest rate forecasts for Canada and the U.S.

Alex Josephson, dubbed the “it boy” of architecture. He’s the co-founder of the design firm Partisans and a University of Toronto lecturer.
