The award considers success around all aspects of a real estate career, including industry and community involvement as well as sales success.

He has earned the prestigious CENTURION^®  or DOUBLE CENTURION^® Producer top sales awards every year since 2006, and has been inducted into the CENTURY 21 Masters Hall of Fame.

Pochylko’s dedication to his community is even more impressive. A cancer survivor himself, he has raised over $10,000 for research. He regularly gives both time and funds to his local food bank, The United Way, the Medicine River Wildlife refuge, local minor sports teams, anti-bullying campaigns, and he supported the Canadian Wall of Remembrance.
