CENTURY 21 agent becomes luxury sales all-star in just five years
Only five years ago, Anita Mui of CENTURY 21 Atria Inc. began a real estate career after being a devoted mother for 20 years. Since then, she’s become somewhat of a local legend for her turn-around time in luxury sales, including selling a Bridal Path property in a single day for $6.38 million. Her clients’ average selling price is in the millions.
“I’m very focused. I’m with clients every step of the way, available 24/7 so they get exactly what they’re looking for. I love my job!” said Mui, REALTOR®, CENTURY 21 Atria Realty Inc. “Stephen Chow, the office owner, took time to guide and mentor me with the information and skills to facilitate deals with clients. That’s been a big part of my success.”
With nearly 50 deals completed and 60 listings live as of November 30 this year, Mui has already claimed coveted awards. In 2014, she was ranked #10 by sales production out of nearly 9,000 CENTURY 21® members across Canada. She also received the prestigious CENTURY 21 GRAND CENTURION® award for top sales in 2014. Locally in Toronto, she holds the title of CENTURY 21 Atria Realty Inc. Agent of the Year for the last two years running.
“CENTURY 21 is a prestigious brand name in the marketplace. It symbolizes reliability and security to my clients across Canada. The name has brought me quite a great number of business deals since starting out,” Mui said. “Also, I’m able to develop effective marketing materials, promote my listings, update client appointments and tele-communicate with them quickly, on any device using CENTURY 21 OnlineOffice.”
Mui has always had a passion for real estate. When she was 18, her father advised her to invest and she fell in love with the process.
A very important measure of success for Mui is supporting her community. She serves as director of the Spirit of Life Foundation, helping local families with disabilities connect with services. Mui is also vice president of the Toronto Paragon Lion’s Club, which promotes community volunteerism and international peace.
