Just 11 years ago at the age of 27, Stephen Chow opened CENTURY 21 Atria Realty Inc. Now his office is one of the largest and fastest growing CENTURY 21 companies in all of Canada, offering exceptional real estate services from over 260 REALTORS^® at three locations. Chow now adds the peer-nominated 2015 CENTURY 21 Canada™ Franchisee of the Year award to his impressive accomplishments. 

The award considers success around all aspects of a CENTURY 21 franchisee’s business practices, including industry and community involvement as well as sales success.

As well as impacting the local real estate market, he is also an active member of the Asian American Real Estate Association (AREAA). This non-profit organization promotes sustainable homeownership opportunities in Asian communities by creating a powerful voice for the professionals that serve them.

Not only does Chow run a successful company, he continues to serve home buyers and sellers with top performing results. He has earned the prestigious 10-Year CENTURION^® Producer award for sales and has been inducted into the CENTURION^® Honour Society. CENTURY 21 Atria Realty was also named one of the Top 60 Offices in Canada by Real Estate Professional Magazine this year for their in-house marketing support.

Chow’s dedication to local families living with disabilities was inspired after meeting an Easter Seals Youth Ambassador at the CENTURY 21 Canada Conference in 2011. His office has since raised tens of thousands for the organization, and Chow himself was one of the first recipients of the CENTURY 21 Golden Heart Award in 2015 for his personal contribution to the Easter Seals Kids to Camp program.
